TOY: Bump stop distance

Could someone with either a stock '84-'85 truck or one with a known amount of lift tell me what their distance from the top of the leaf spring at the axle to
the bottom of the frame rail (not the bump stop pad) is with the truck at normal ride height ?
I've killed one RS 5000 and it looks like the RF spring is settling, so it's time to cure multiple front suspension problems.
