TOY: Cruise control cable & misc V8 swap stuff

I am seeking a couple of pieces of info to try and get the small pieces of
the upcoming engine swap in line.

Could someone with a 22RE powered 2nd gen 4Runner or 3rd gen P/U measure
the length of the cruise control cable?  (hoping it's longer than the V6
one)  Anyone have a dead module or a cable laying around???

Also - the thread size and pitch on the P/S hose ends (both the pump and
the box end - I have ABS and the P/S pump runs the ABS pump too so I've
got to figure out the best hose routing. (toyota pump is on pass. side,
ford on drivers)

Also Anyone that has done the ford 5.0 swap want to give any pointers as
to what took you by suprise and what didn't fit?
