TOY: TPS adjustment

I was checking the adjustment on my TPS this weekend and have a question.
All of the measurements were in spec except the IDL to E2 at 0.0224 was open
and should have been <2300 ohms.  Am I due for a new TPS?  The reason I was
checking the TPS is my idle has been not right lately.  When the truck is
cold it does not idle up.  The idle is usually slow on startup, unless I
turn the AC on/off then it will come up to a little above normal.
