TOY: 22RE conversion help

Hey all,

I have finally gotten all of the error codes to clear from the computer from my 22R to 22RE swap. So I have a somewhat running truck now. It seems to idle very rough when the timing is set at 0 degrees, but if I bump it up to 7 degrees is idles smoother but the engine RPM's go up too. I do have an LC Engineering EFI Pro cam, but I called them and they said that it should be set at the factory 0 degrees. 

Also, it is very hard to start when it is cold. The fuel pump seems to be working correctly and I havent investigated whether the cold start injector is functioning properly. I will do this next.

Also, it doesnt have alot of power through the RPM's (no jokes please).

 I guess I am just looking for any other paths that I should be pursuing.
