If the intent is to make it a rockcrawler, chuck the IFS; it's cheaper and
easier to build a straight axle.

If you want something that's going to outhandle the straight axle at speed,
something that will do better in the snow (mine does, from what I've seen)
than a straight axle, etc., the IFS may be a keeper.

As for what's going on, most of my own skunkworks stuff is currently just
that, skunkworks... I'll be trotting out new stuff as it passes flight testing
(no, I'm not kidding) but for now, it's a little iffy because some of what I
have, hasn't ever been done before (to my knowledge) and there's a lot
of other companies besides mine in the IFS Toy market, and I'm not real
inclined to trot out proto stuff before I can actually sell it.  I've watched
too
many friends get their stuff stolen that way... just not right.  Sorry!
