FWIW this tends to be hard on the cam chain guides in the 22R series engines. If those in your
engine are new to newer I wouldn't worry about it, but for those of us right there needing to do
that R&R and lacking the $$ to do it, go easy on this.
I see from Ken's sig file it this doesn't apply to him since he has a V6.
