Perhaps I misinterpreted the question too... if the linelock is
between the master and the LSPV, it shouldn't work.  If it's
between the LSPV and the rear axle, it should.

I would be inclined to do exactly that, except that I'd put a
knob type prop valve in instead of the Toyota LSPV, so that
the rear brakes go straight through, no sensor line, but you
can still adjust the brake bias (because otherwise, it'll very
likely be wrong) if need be.  I never had a straight through 
brake setup with drum brakes, only with discs.

Personally, I'm partial to in-cab prop valves (yeah, okay, so
I'm a control freak) but they are not legal in most areas.  My
home state doesn't check.  :)
