The Hurst Roll-Control is very similar to mine (different brand, mine's
a Sam Biondo Racing item, same net result)

I'm using two switches on mine already, one on the shifter knob (that,
as I knew I would when I put it in, I tend to absent-mindedly fiddle with
while driving down the road) and another on the dash.  I'd probably 
run both through the shifter knob pushbutton switch, but put a second
separate cutoff switch for the rear linelock on the dash, so that I can 
turn on either one, or both, but so that I can still fiddle with my shifter
button without activating either.  Sometimes it comes in handy to be
able to put the truck back in 2WD, lock the front end, and spin the 
rear tires (snow U-turns in very little space) so I want to keep that
ability.

After I blew a front brake line and lost all my brakes, I removed the 
LSPV, its sensor line, and a fair bit of the rear half of my brake
plumbing.  There is a T and an elbow on the framerail, just above
the right front wheel, the T goes to the wheel and the LSPV, the
elbow is somewhere along the way to the wheel.  I took the elbow
and put it where the T went, then removed everything of the rear
brake circuit from the master back.  I routed the line up into the cab
to the knob style proportioning valve (which is on the floor between
my seats) then to a T, from which I have two lines running to the 
rear axle.  The T replaced my turn brake, which became somewhat
useless after I put a locker in the rear axle; a normal install could 
use the existing rear brake hose instead, and keep the T on the
axle.

Basically, in my case, I redesigned the whole brake system.  The
only remaining stock parts in my brake system are from the front
linelock to the front wheels, on out.  All the rest has been removed
in favor of (mostly GM) parts, pressurized by a Lincoln hydroboost
master.  I keep telling myself I'm going to put a rear linelock in too,
but it's one of those "if I had an extra $50" items, and I never have
an extra $50.  :(
