TOY: RE: towing
Ken,
I tow with my 99 Taco fairly often. The most weight is my 83 on a flatbed
trailer. I am guessing the weight is about 5000 lbs. or so. The
supercharger allows me to keep up with most cars going up the steepest
grades. I flat towed my 83(~3500 lbs.) when I first bought my Taco(w/o
supercharger) and it towed great.
My biggest concern would be braking. Does your trailer have electric or
surge brakes? If it does not have any type of brakes I would go for
something bigger than a Taco.
