What Toyota product do I need to adequately tow this trailer? Would a 5 speed 3.4L V6 Tacoma or T100 adequately handle the job? (They are rated to tow 5,000 lbs.) Too bad the Tundra is not available with a turbo diesel option.

I wouldn't tow a 4500lb trailer with a vehicle that is rated for
5000lbs. That would only allow you to carry 500lbs unless you only need
to move an empty trailer around. The Tundra with the V8 can tow 7200lbs
but I still think this is low. You need to get a real full size truck
that can handle 10,000lbs or more, like a Dodge 4x4 with the Cummins.
The Dodge 2500 with the cummins can tow over 13,000lbs. Even the Dodge
1500 with the 5.2V8 can tow more than the Tundra.
