yup.... more like 1.5" comfortably. ride gets a bit stiff but still
acceptable for me. I have about 1.75 cranked in currently...about 1/4" from
the bump stop...stock t-bars and bumpstops. I really like the look and the
ride.... my forte' is desert running... may be to stiff for good travel when
rockcrawling.
Aftermarket bars are better than stock for this application.... little or no
preload! My Rancho's will be going in soon. I had Ranchos on my '87 and
loved them!!! Completely changed the "feel" of the truck at speed through
the desert.
