TOY: Flat Towing

I am going to be flat towing a 88 Toy 4X4 Standard cab from
Fort Worth to Colorado Springs at the end of the month.
This truck is essentially stock with 31" tires.  The
question I have is do I need to unlock the steering wheel
while flat towing?
