I asked a little while ago if the locker ECU pulsed the electric locker
when it was locked. Well, since I had the locker in the truck, I rigged
up the ECU and drove it by my truck's battery. It no longer pulsed. It
just locked and stayed locked. So, I guess the pulsing was caused by
driving it with a battery charger. The battery charger must use pulses
and the ECU must have detected a quick loss in current.
