Somewhat normal, especially on trucks with 55A alternators. Check your
battery condition, or have it checked on a load tester. The type of
testers that knock off the surface charge are best.
If the battery is marginal, or the cables, clamps, and connections are
poor, this symptom will be exaggerated.
Just my experience. FWIW, I noticed a decrease in idle roughness on my
truck with the accessories on once I replaced my Interstate battery with
an Optima...
