Both 3rd members (from the rear) are the same.  They will interchange
without problems.  Just verify that the gear ratio in both of them is the
same.

If you are talking about 3rd members for the front axle, the solid front
axle is the same as the rear axle on both, but the IFS front is not the same
at all - smaller ring gear.
