Full floater kit?

I was researching the dualie rear axle that was used on some Toyota RVs
and I came up with something interesting. I guess the RV manufacturer
justs slapped on dual wheels on a single wheel axle. Toyota didn't like
this and recalled the axles and converted them to full floaters. So,
there is a kit made by Toyota to convert axles to full floaters...Any of
you Toyota guys know about this?
