150hp 22-re

Hello all,

Im curious what would it take to get 150hp out of a 22re. My moter runs
fine but it could use some more horses. I believe the stock hp is 115. I
have a downey header on it already. Im under the impression that is
worth 10hp is that correct? It has enough hp for wheeling when in low
range but it takes forever to get there especially with hills. Also I
want to tow a little popup tent trailer with it. Nay thoughts and how
much would it cost.
