4.3 install

Well, it looks like I will not make it to phoenix this weekend for the
rock crawling challenge so I will start removing
my drivetrain to install the 4.3 ltr.

I have the clutch, flywheel and bellhousing from a 1996 5.7 ltr truck,
that all bolted on.  Finally found the adapter so
I could remove the remote oil filter, it was from a 1986 two wheel drive
s-10.  This setup uses an internal slave cylinder,
I am going to try this because it should give better exhaust clearance
than the external slave cyl and clutch fork.
