The Downey hassle is what I was trying to help you avoid  :-)

Downey hasn't been especially pleasant or helpful the few times I've delt
with them.  The attitude they seem to have with me is "you don't know what
you're talking about," and "you're wasting my time so hurry up and order
something."  Just my experience, but I usually try to avoid them if I can.
