I'm verifying this with upper management right now...  but here's
what I understand ORN's stance to be.

By posting to the BBS or mailing list the only right you're giving
away is the right to pull it back down.   (it would be a maintenance
nightmare if someone had the right to say they wanted all their
posts pulled off the server at some point in time... I'm sure you
understand)

Each individual will still hold copyright to their work.
