They are a pain in the ass. There is a tool out there for doing U-joints.
It looks neat, but costs $250 or so. I've found the hammer method the best
because of the sudden blows of force it gives.

What is the best method to use, when R&R axle u-joints. I'm having a
tough time doing it, using a vise. The socket and hammer method is
working, but I hate chewing up the ears...
