I think my freinds is the cheaper model as well.  The floors and walls are
1/8" thick.  The walls do have something in side.  I think it is 1/2"
plywood but am not sure.  It maks me think twice about getting a fiberglass
body for mine, however, I did see that a company (AJ's I think) advertises
having steel in the fiberglass.  That might be worth looking into.

    When I used the rear springs i had to move the rear hanger back about
2".  I swaped in a chevy front axle that had been cut down to accept scout
axles. This moved my springs out board about 2 in.  With the spring hanger
in the stock position the pitman arm on the steering would hit the tie rod.
After I moved the hanger back it worked great.  I just put 35's on last week
and haven't done any flexing yet to see if the tire hits the back of the
fender.
    My glass body was the cheaper model.  I beleive it weighs quite a bit
less than the 200 lbs. that you had heard.
