I don't know about the YJ, but my guess is you can get one to fit... I've seen
454 Chevies & 500 Caddy motors under the hood of CJ's...
Tranny options? Well, the A-727 would work fine and with a FSJ tailcone &
shaft, it ought to mate up to any Jeep or Dodge LH drop t-case. You should
also be able to mate a NP435 to it with a Mopar b/h as the NP435 was offered
behind 440's in Ramchargers & P/U's in the 70's... might have to search a while
to find one of these b/h's...
