The way I read that is that the Isuzu e-brake uses a tiny set of drum brake
pads that activate against the inside of the "hat" section of the rear
rotors. Sounds complicated, but rather ingenious. They should be rather
ineffective at stopping the truck being that small, but plenty for parking
and legality.

In Michigan, vote NO on proposal 2. Although it sounds good at first, it
basically gives veto power over any legislation to the City of Detroit. Do
you want all of Michigan to be like Detroit?
