JPOR: speading of D44 rear brakes....

I realize that I'm probably rehashing old issues, but.....

do any of you know the parts I need to get disk brakes on my waggy (6 bolt)
rear D44? I see the other brake thread, but most of that is 5 bolt stuff???
Anyway, most of the discussions I have seen revolve around 5 bolt patterns.
It seems to me the key would be finding an appropriate 6 bolt rotor (??)
Also, in my case an e brake would be necessary.... Thanks for any info.
