Why not call your hotel now and see if it's OK if the parts arive BEFORE
you do.  You could order the parts now so that they are there waiting
for you when you show up.  Also, are you flying or driving?  Most
airlines limit you to 70 pounds or so of luggage (call your airline to
find out), if your parts go over that ammount you'll have a hard time
getting them home.
