Replace both so the arms match for the tie rod... and if you decided to go up
with the tie rod later, you're already set.

Yes, as long as you have early (77-79) CJ disc brakes (or drums). Late CJ
brakes would require Chevy/FSJ brakes due to the style of caliper mount on the
OEM Jeep.
