talked to warn about 4 days ago they have only sold 360 xcl kits ..... sales 
are not supporting the overall cost to produce it ( dealer cost for an xcl 
before the year 2000 was right around 1500 bucks ...... ) so they decided to 
drop the xcl from the line ... i dont know anything about the black diamond 
line of suspension products being dropped if you are intrested 1 800 543 WARN
