You might consider going with a FSJ pitman arm. I haven't tried
it, but at least you won't have to worry about drilling out the
end of your current pitman arm or putting a new end on the FSJ
drag link. The FSJs (the ones I've dealt with) use 3/4" tie rod
ends and the CJ stuff is much smaller.
