I was also thinking Dynatrac, and someone else also recommended Tri-county. 81 to
97 is the year spread for the high-pinion 60. In 1980, Ford built the F-350 with
the TTB front. 1998 was the first year of the Super-Duty.
If the project goes as planned, Dynatrac may be the source since the vehicles will
be sold as new. This isn't for the freakshow, rather for a cross between a Sniper
and a Mutt that will be sold as a new vehicle, VIN and all. If the wheelbase (100"
or so) will allow, a high-pinion will not be necessary, though it seems that R&P
failures are not as common as axle-shaft failures or U-joint failures.
