I hear say that the t176 bellhousing will bolt to the Np435 and your
motor, or at least the 6 cyl, then you need a custom pilot bushing. The
expensive part come when you mate the Tranny to the t/c. For a Dana 300
I think the adapter is around 500.00, comes with an output shaft that
you have to change in the transmission.
