RE: JPOR: drilling 5-5.5" bolt circle on 6-5.5" axle shafts

Here in the Midwest the 20's are plentiful. The jeep bodies just rust off
around them, leaving the drivetrain intact! Call Dutchman for a quote too
on their own axles and redrilling yours.

Has anyone drilled a Wagoneer rear axle shaft to
fit the CJ
bolt pattern. I was thinking that I could have a template
machined
to locate the the new bolt circle. Then I could drill the
holes on
my drill press with the right setup. I would use one
existing hole
and have the weld in 2 of the holes. How is everyone else
doing
this? Does anyone know how much it costs to have Moser do
this?
You can hardly find a CJ AMC20 in the Southwest and narrow
track
Wagooner axles are plentiful and only about $125.

		Thanks
