Slowly!

Yeah. Those cast radius arm brackets are the tough ones.
The coil/track bar brackets are pretty easy - just grind
and hammer. With the radius arm brackets, just grind into
the weld lines at the top and bottom of each one, being
careful not to cut into the axle tubes. Once you're in
about 1/4" all the way along both seams, take a small
sledge hammer to the bracket to try and break the rest
of the weld free. Grind, hammer, grind, hammer, you get
the idea...
Good luck - and remember, it's still not too late to
swap in the Bronco radius arm & coil suspension!!!
