RE: JPOR: Driveshaft
Hmmm, is all I can say. My 5.0L bogged down at high rpms on a hill climb
over memorial weekend. So I've been listening in on your troubles! I bought
an auxiliary fuel pump to run inline after the stock Jeep in-tank pump. I'm
installing that tonight for testing tomorrow afternoon.

Same as before - fine until I try and start it up when
it's still warm. It's gotten me to work and back this
week at least, but it's not doing my social life any
favours right now ;-)
All indications point to a partial blockage in my fuel
lines - I can hear the pump stalling when the Jeep's
acting up. No change when I remove the gas cap. So
this weekend will be spent in all-too intimate contact
with the hose clamps on my fuel lines, trying to isolate
the problem. Wish me luck!
Chris (getting to hate the smell of gas fumes)
