Two ways...
1. Plug the outlet line(s) and pump the piston until no more air bubbles
surface in the reservoir(s)
2. Install bleeder hoses/line(s) in the outlet line(s) and run them into the
fluid in the reservoir and pump the piston until there are no more air bubbles.

Since air likes to seek the high spot, it's hard to get all the air out of the
m/c when it's installed without bench bleeding first.
