GW D44 front end swap--

My YJ now has two vacuum lines and an electrical wire hanging down in front left over from the stock axle disconnect. Any one know what I should do with them? Can I disconnect the 4 prong vacuum connection at the transfer case and call it good, or is there some other purpose to these?
