Low Buck options for rear disc brakes? Do it
yourself! First read all the info you can find on the
web. I read the article J. Weed has and was able to
complete my first disc brake setup just from that
article. Just make sure you can do the work yourself.
I am gathering parts for my rear disc set up. I am
using '90 Lincoln rear disc brake calipers, the top
bracket of the two piece bracket that they have stock,
with an 80's CJ rotor. Then all I have to make is
the bracket that I weld onto the axle tube and
attaches to the Lincoln bracket. It's kind of like
Lego's when you were a kid, just need to find the
right pieces and put them together!
