JPOR: Lockright removal

Hey all -

Um, can anyone tell me how to re & re a Lockright from a
Dana 44 carrier?  I removed the crosspin and squeezed the
two inner parts of the locker together so it can move out
to the side, but it doesn't seem to fit through the opening
in the side of the carrier.  What gives?
