We all run 15x8 rims with 33 and 35 12.50's.  We all run a 0 or 4 inch
backspacing, depending on how you look at it.  The do rub slightly but you
can adjust the stops for that.  jeepwire.com has an article on that.  I run
35 x 14.50 on 15x10's with 4" backspacing and rub very slightly.
