JPOR: rear bumper / tire carrier / gas can holder

im in the process of building a rear bumper for my cj 8 ... it is coming 
along real well and is going to swing out off the bumper but it will have two 
top hard mounts on the body . got the new 35 inch MT\R tires and it takes up 
alot of room sitting in the bed . 

i bought a hinge assemebly from a local company that sells bumpers on the 
internet (i live in GA in the atlanta metore area , i dont want to name the 
company im about to bad mouth ) .i looked at the quality of his bumpers and 
told myself that i could make the same thing that they are making and the 
welds will look alot better and id save 400 bucks plus i can add 2 5 gallon 
jeery cans and i can leave out the reciever hitch cause i dont need to tow 
anything ( i am insxtalling two buff hardmounts for d rings , and i left room 
to put a hitch on later if i need it )

this project is going well so far
