The rear ElDo & Linc calipers I mentioned have a cable hook up that
mechanically locks the piston against the rotor.  I'm using the ElDo calipers
with a Warn FF kit and CJ thin rotors.  They aren't compatible with a GM front
D44 caliper mount though - I bought Warn's brackets.  Haven't seen the Linc's
calipers, but I'd be surprised if they fit, since Ford probably doesn't source
out to Delco (a div of GM) for brakes... you could check with Rob 'Rye Guy'
Bryce - I think he's running the Linc calipers on his MJ's rear end
