Here is part of a previous post about tapered reamers:
I borrowed one from a Stock Car fabricator friend of mine. He gets
them

The only difference between the two sizes of tie rod ends that you are
looking at is the depth of the reamed area. Use the same reamer but
ream more metal to fit the larger tie rod end.
