Pitman Arm Taper

I know you guys have probably answered this already, but....

I'm about to take my YJ pitman arm in to a machine shop to have it machined
to fit the drag link from the 87 Grand Wagoneer axles that I am putting in.
The ball joint at the end of the Grand Wagoneer drag link is bigger than
that at the end of a YJ drag link.

1) Does anyone know the stock 'taper' (however one expresses the
measurement) of the YJ pitman arm?

2) Does anyone know the taper of the Grand Wagoneer drag link?

I'd like to go to the machine shop with as much information as possible (in
the correct 'lingo') so that I can properly explain what I want to them with
the greatest chance of ending up with the right result.
