The key words are "make it harder to sue individuals" .  The lawyer
will still try to get to the individuals if they can not get something out
of the club. That's when everyone in the club suddenly gets very stupid. Our
old club had some experience with lawyers.  Lost alot of members afterward
and the club disbanded soon after.
