I did it for West Coast 4 WDC.  It took about 6 months and is really a
paper work issue.

1st get the forms from the State department.
Make up a club charter (should have that anyway)
Make up a list of members
Make up the events you plan to attend and that you are non-profit
I think we paid $45

Wa la, we were incorporated.
