Yup, sure enough.  Cheap plastic rulers don't lie.

That's about 1" further out than the stock mount, and 3" above the
flat surface on top of the stock mount.  That would gain me about
4.25" in shock length thanks to my pin-eye adapter.  Even if I raise
the lower mount up even with the axle tube, I'd still gain about 1.25"
in shock length.

It doesn't _look_ like I'd get any rubbing with my 33x9.50's on stock
15x7 rims, either.  Of course, it was sitting in the parking garage
when I inspected it just now.
