I do! Unless a fuel cell is required for a sanctioned event, use a gas tank!
Rational: The foam in the fuel cell does not last forever. Over time, it
deteriorates and little pieces break off and mix with the gas - until they get
sucked into the fuel filter. After a few gallons of "fuel & foam," the fuel
filter is clogged. You could change the fuel filter - but this gets old pretty
darn quick, IMHO.
If a fuel cell is a "must - have" item, make sure that you check the fuel cell
and fuel filter on a regular basis.
