Well, you could either fab the elliptical "lumps" yourself or you could cut
them off of a Ford D44 housing. Some housings have the lumps welded on,
others use cast pieces. I'll be using the cast pieces because I found them
for free. I'll have to grind them out to fit around my D44 tube but that's
about it.
The reason I'm using a radius arm is because I need something that doesn't
stick up too high or too low. I'm leaning the shocks in toward the centre
of the tub so they will interfere with the anti wrap bar if I go with a
traditional triangulated shape. It's possible to make something similar to
the Ford setup but I thought, hey, might as well use the radius arm since
it's free.
