Re: JPOR: Bigger lift options.

I have the MORE kit, it added about 2" in the front. You'll need new
shocks and the eye converter things from JKS if you have a YJ. I've not
had any driving problems on the road with it, it didn't really smooth
anything out, but it didn't give it the white knuckle effect, either. It
oughta ramp better, but I haven't converted the shocks yet.

Offroaders,
I am playing with a couple of ideas on more lift and more tire.
The 33's
are not cutting it anymore. I have a Rubicon Express 4" lift with longer
shackles and a 1" body lift. I have narrowed it down to two options.
1- MORE shackle reversal with buggy springs and buggy springs in
the
rear.
2- Spring over with 2.5 inch lift springs.
Option 1 will have aprox. 7 inches of lift, I think it should ramp over
1200
on a 20* ramp and should cost me less than $500. Option 2 will have about
8
inches of lift, will cost well over $1000, and I will be out of
commission
for the first half of the season.
This brings up some questions( and the point of the post).
1) Has anyone done MORE's kit? What are your thoughts, on road and off
road?
2) Rigs set up with SOA and 2.5 inch lift springs, How do they ramp?

Thanks,
-Michael Ciaio
