Two different things.  If they're saying .5" lift, they're
not talking about lobe height.  They're talking about valve
lift.  I'm not sure what the rocker ratio is on these, but
something in the .2 - .3ish range lobe height gives .4ish
valve lift values.  Gotta be careful not to compare apples
to oranges.  Some places mean valve lift when they give a
lift spec of a cam.  Others mean the actual lobe lift/height.

Also, check your Helm manual if you've got one.  Some of them
(depending on model/year) have cam specs in it.
